DRIV3R Full Game Walkthrough with all story missions recorded on PC in 4K Ultra HD. DRIV3R (Driver 3) is an action-packed driving adventure game that stays true to its roots, incorporating the cinematic gameplay and gritty street crime of its predecessors with ground-breaking graphics and three mammoth, wide-open city environments: Miami, Nice, and Istanbul. Featuring Hollywood-caliber production valueswith voice actors including Michael Madsen, Ving Rhames, Mickey Rourke and Michelle Rodriguezand a gripping, narrative story line, DRIV3R casts players once again as undercover cop Tanner who, alongside his partner Tobias, must infiltrate a global car theft ring, an assignment that leads to tire-squealing chases and fierce on-foot firefights while tailing gangsters, chasing witnesses, stealing cars and unloading massive clips of ammo to bring the criminals to justice. Some notes about the game: I've always been a fan of DRIV3R despite it's flaws...and the driving has aged wonderfully! The on-foot sections still feel strange as Tanner is awkward to control and there's annoying pop-in even on PC's max settings. Despite that the game is still a good time when speeding down the streets of the three impressively designed cities. The soundtrack, driving physics, cinematic cutscenes and story still deserve praise to this day! Driver 3 (stylized as DRIV3R) is a 2004 action-adventure game, the third installment in the Driver series. It was developed by Reflections Interactive, published by Atari, and released on PlayStation 2, Xbox and mobile phones in June 2004, Microsoft Windows in March 2005, and Game Boy Advance in October 2005. The game's story focuses on players assuming the role of John Tanner, an undercover FBI agent, as he investigates a car-smuggling ring across three countries, in order to identify and arrest its boss and learn who they are planning to sell a cache of stolen cars to. The game expanded upon its predecessors with on-foot sections, gun combat, and drive-by shooting, with virtual recreations of three major cities - Miami, Nice, and Istanbul - free-roam game mode, and an improvement to the series' film-making "director mode". This gameplay is on PC, recorded in 4K 60FPS.

Gran Turismo, Need for Speed, Ridge Racer, and many more provided players with plenty of hours of breakneck entertainment behind digital steering wheels. Among these games, however, was a decidedly different experience from Newcastle-based developer Reflections Interactive. Simply titled Driver, the game focused more on emulating the thrill of Hollywood-style car chases than on pure racing, allowing players to unleash their inner Steve McQueen across the United States’ roughest roads. The game was immensely successful, and quickly spawned a lesser, yet ambitious sequel that allowed players to exit and hijack cars nearly a year before Rockstar allowed players to do the same in Grand Theft Auto III. Unfortunately, the subsequent popularity and quality of the Grand Theft Auto games would prove to be an albatross around Driver’s neck. Unable to escape the former series’ transcendental fame, Reflections would gradually inject more and more of its open-world trappings into Driver, leading to some major embarrassments, and the gradual loss of the franchise’s identity. Finally, after switching multiple publishers and coming to terms with Driver’s strengths, Reflections would transition the series back into pure, car-chasing action with 2011’s Driver: San Francisco. The cost of doing so left Reflections uninterested in doing much else with the series – but resulted in an immensely entertaining experience; one that righted its predecessors’ missteps, while offering clever new ideas that helped release it from Grand Theft Auto’s shadow. 2 famous games known for being released half-baked, but how do they compare in top categories? Today, we will take a look at the crash physics, the driving and also the explosions chaos in both games. Cyberpunk released in 2020 on PS4, Xbox One & PC. DRIV3R released in 2004 on PS2, Xbox (and PC in 2005). Cyberpunk footage is taken from various sources, as I don't own the game, and mainly from unpatched versions of the game I believe. A few recording (the best looking HD ones) comes from 🤍Olanov playing on the PC version. All the DRIV3R clips are recorded by myself, using 🤍snoopiiii no HUD cheat for convenience and his cockpit view for a short sequence comparison.
